‘Taken a lot of time to reflect’ | New Plymouth boss Rooney on his managerial record

In his first press conference as Plymouth Argyle’s new boss, Wayne Rooney has discussed his managerial record at his previous club Birmingham City and says he has “taken a lot of time to reflect” on his time there.
